Food was amazing! Pool was great, staff were super friendly and welcoming. Fish in reception were cool. Good location on the beach and near lots to do

Hot tub in the room was a bit rusty and smelt like sewage - didnt appear to have been used in a while

Superb

The hotel is directly on the beach and is small enough that it never feels crowded. It's on the quieter end of Chaweng (10mins walk to the busy, busy area) which was great for us. We got a great deal on the hotel and didn't expect such a great resort for the price. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

The hotel was beach front and close to market area. It was not very far from ark bar.

The hotel was quite mechanical in nature with rooms just like boxes. There was no personal touch anywhere. Cocktails were not great at the bar. Breakfast was dull. The staff was not keen to help with tours and avoided giving any direct answers despite brochers kept in front.

Incredible staff! Definitely recommend!

Everything was amazing. The staff really stands out weve been traveling for 3 weeks in Thailand and this was our 3rd hotel. The staff made it extra special. The service is incredible! Yes, there is some maintenance to be done in the rooms, but that is minor. Definitely worth every penny! We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and didnt leave the pool side.!

Excellent service since the security guys that are making me have a first impression. The receptionist who is checking in on me is the best greetings. Also, the staff in the bar and restaurant are all Super! We like this place so much and will be back for sure in the future.

Everything about the property and the staff are very good with great location exactly next to the beach overlooking the sunrise in the morning.

Toilet in the room where i stayed is leak with water from the shower room and the Jacuzzi was not fully functioning.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach and a fantastic lovely

Good location. Just a few minutes away from the main road. Quiet and nice and lively in the day. We loved the room and the huge bath! Staff were lovely on reception and really helpful.

Very good

A great stay, staff really helpful. Definitely stay again if I visit koh Samui.

Great location and it was quiet around the pool which was great for getting served when you needed a drink or food. Staff really helpful and accommodating to every need.

Breakfast, beans were cold not a lot to select from. As a English man a good English breakfast is much needed especially warm. Great omelette thou.
