Superb

Amazing luxury experience

The villas are beautiful with each their own private pool. The staff is super friendly and you have a butler that you can call anytime. The food is really good and can be delivered directly to the villa with no additional cost. The beach can be reached by foot (10min) or you can use the bikes from the villas.

From our villas we could hear the traffic on the street slightly but it was not a big deal. In addition the blinds of the room do not close really well and we found no way to turn the villas garden lights off so at night the room was quite bright which for us was a bit problematic since we like to have a dark room at night.

Very tranquil in a beautiful setting - just what we needed to recharge. All of the staff were lovely

Its within the gated community of Nusa Dua - this has lots of upsides but does mean its harder to just head out to explore the local area

Disappointing

An utter disappointment

Location was great and people were nice

The food options were terrible, no pool except for the small individual pools, no workout facility, absolute rip off for what you pay, beach bar was terrible in comparison to cheaper neighboring properties, no place for yoga which was only offered once a week (other properties during our stay was daily), beds were as hard as a rock, wouldnt stay here again.

Very helpful staff. Beach as itself. Massage and spa zone.

The hotel is very old. You feel the smell of the old furniture in the room. The bathrooms are disgusting. Taking shower outside is a good idea once weather permissions are good. Otherwise you should get used to the cold water. The sun bends on the beach are dirty. Poor breakfast. In the country where you can find all the fruits you can imagine they bring you 2 - 3 really small pieces of the unripe fruits and thats it.

Exceptional

The staff is really welcoming and friendly with exceptional service 247. The moment you enter you feel like at home with the hospitality and service. The level of privacy that they provide is exceptional in all terms. We stayed there for 3 whole nights but only people we saw were on the 3rd day even though the resort was fully booked. They provided us with a microwave at request even though they didn't have it mentioned in their amenities. They do provide pick up and drop services in nearby region and to the airport which is included in the price of the villas which is great added benefit. Also their flexible breakfast for the whole day really let's you do everything as per your own schedule. The Italian restaurant Piasan has exceptional food.

There's is nothing to dislike here except that the beach is a bit far away as compared to other resorts around.
