Toilet was dirty. Drainage clogged. Water didnt drain properly. Toilet gets flooded after shower. Toilet bowl was not properly and efficiently working. Room in bad condition w droppings. The jacuzzi should be removed. Poor air circulation.

The resort is immersed in nature up in the mountains, with a great view of Kota Kinabalu from the balconies of the rooms. The rooms are not luxurious, but they are acceptable for the price paid. It's nice to sit on the balcony and look at the view. I arrived after 9 pm the first night, and the restaurant was already closed, but the staff were still kind enough to make me a sandwich.

While the views are great, the place is really isolated. It's impossible to get a car using Grab, and a car arranged by the staff will take a long time to arrive and cost a lot more. The food in the restaurant is not particularly good, although the prices are reasonable. What's more, it's pretty much impossible to eat anywhere else. The nearest restaurant is a ten minute walk away, but at night it's completely dark and there are dogs barking at you, so walking there is not very pleasant. The wifi only worked on the balcony of my room, but not really inside the room (they had warned me in advance that it was unstable). The staff were polite and friendly, but there was often no one at the reception, and it was hard to get hold of someone.
