Not suitable for families. Bad Aircondion. Breakfast was not good. No fans, and really hot. The kitchen corner is old and useless.

Comfy bed but ants everywhere

The bed was comfortable and the food was good.

The room and bathroom were visibly dirty and there were ants everywhere. All over the room, all over my stuff and in the bed too. Not worth looking nice on the outside if the rooms are gross.

We overall enjoyed our stay at Kakul villa but the smell from next door was too much

Quiet location that was close to town! The villa was very clean and breakfast each morning was great

We stayed in villa b. The smell manure and burning that happened next door made the villa smell awful. Especially the outdoor bathroom downstairs and pool area

The staff and breakfast was nice.

Unfortunately the bathroom was full of ants. So all my toiletries were full of ants as well. The bathroom was very smelly. The Room very small. I am Happy I stayed only one night.

Relaxing and welcoming, definitely will be staying here if I return to Bali.

The property was beautiful, with big spacious rooms and a nice pool view. The value for price is amazing, and the location is close to Ubud making it easy to get there. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice, with lots of fresh options

Great breakfast. Staff was super nice. The property was very clean and we had our room cleaned daily.

Its a little bit far from the centre of ubud but if you have your own scooter like us theres no problem

The villa is surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. The villa was beautiful and the private pool was lovely. Staff were amazing and breakfast was great

The villa needs a little work but was clean, quiet and comfortable. A little further out than I thought but easy to get a Gojek and only a short drive into many nice restaurants and shops
