Exceptional, with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, excellent dining options

Resort staff were absolutely amazing at all times of the stay, Friendly and accomodating. Food was excellent at all restaurants, including the buffet breakfast. Resort was very clean and well maintained. Great choice of beverages (alcohol and soft drinks). Room was clean and we had a great view (room 321). BAANI spa was truly amazing - never seen anything like it

The weather didn't play its part, but that's not under the resorts control.

fantastic facilities and location restaurant food quality was great.

lack of choice of excursions due to too few people booked n them. Italian a la carte menu poor. no buffet as too quiet forgot about our special anniversary

Atmosphere was good , it is a quiet and relaxing island. The beach was beautiful, good place to do snorkeling in !

Slow service We asked them to do a birthday surprise and they didnt do it as the pictures they shown us before ! a simple discount was done when we told them about .
