Stay experience couldve better if not for a faulty room on first day

The staff was really great & were quick to respond to our grievances & gave us a better room. The welcome ceremony was really good. The food quality was perfect for the occasion. Their upkeep for the washrooms is good & the overall property is well maintained & everyone was really welcoming & accommodating

We werent given the right room at first day cause nothing was working properly. The flush in the wc wasnt working properly. The heating was inefficient & the safe needed a repair. Even the layout of certain things that were laid out for the occasion of new years seemed like an afterthought. The salon was undergoing maintenance & the Wi-Fi was not working properly for the whole trip. I even got my extra bed late in the night which I was supposed to get in the evening

The tranquil surroundings and the proximity to key attractions make it an ideal retreat for those seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The ambiance of Jaypee Manor is nothing short of luxurious. The architecture seamlessly blends with the natural beauty of the surroundings, creating a tranquil haven for guests. The well-manicured gardens, spacious rooms, and attentive staff create a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a rejuvenating getaway. However, the allure of Jaypee Manor comes at a steep price, and this is where the experience left me somewhat dissatisfied. While I expected a premium price for a premium property, Jaypee Manor's rates were disproportionately high compared to other upscale accommodations in the vicinity. Several prime properties nearby offer similar levels of luxury and comfort but at a more reasonable cost. The premium charged by Jaypee Manor seems unjustifiable, especially when considering the competitive market and the array of alternatives available. Moreover, certain stay aspects, such as dining and additional services, also come with a premium price tag. While the quality of the services was commendable, the elevated costs diminished the overall satisfaction of the experience. In conclusion, Jaypee Manor is a luxurious retreat with a stunning location and ambiance. However, the exorbitant pricing raises concerns about the overall value.

Very poor. Didnt clean room 2nd day. Asked about glasses staff gave dirty glass. Mini bar refrigerator was not working. Didnt gave coffee cup 2nd day. When i complained about it staff offered us pastries. Very bad

excellent location. great views. property now has this damp smell across the corridor. not suited for people with disabilities as lift access is not there for many floors

Over priced and Overcharged - dont stay here

The location as like many other locations was fantastic with nice views

The staff (particularly front desk / checkin) were not very ethical. When I tried to move from a room Id already paid for to another room also already paid for for the next two nights they informed me it would be 40,000 rupees extra!! They charge like a top tier hotel but their property and amenities are far overpriced The condition of the room (considered a premium room was really not even worth 5000 a night. The drawers were broken with nails sticking out. The bathroom cleaning was disgusting ( I have pictures) This hotel is capitalizing on its views but I would never stay here again or recommend to anyone

the location was great , well maintained property. lots of activities for kids. comfortable and good food.

while checking out after paying the total amount the staff did not have change and almost refused to arrange any. did he expect me to go out of the hotel and arrange myself? kindly have sufficient change beforehand. Also checking out takes a lot of time which is irritating. more staff during that time will definitely reduce the hassle and time
