Very poor

I wont be back.

The chicken wings in the bar were ok.

The decor, the bed in our room left me with a terribly sore back and the pillows did not provide any neck support. One of the front desk workers smelled like marijuana. The wait in the bar for our drink order was way too long especially since the bartender kept walking past my fianc. The room was not comfortable. Overall, I wouldnt stay here again and I definitely would not recommend this hotel. There was also a foul odor in our room but we were so tired we just decided to deal with it since we were leaving in the morning.

They did not have breakfast included with the package. The restaurant in the hotel was to expensive.

Very good

The building and some of the aesthetic was very nice and the staff was top notch. The pool and the workout room were very beautiful, but for some reason we couldnt figure out the treadmill and the other machines, even though we travel and use workout rooms frequently.

I didnt feel that it was very clean there was some minor dust, and a stain or two that I wasnt super happy with and in the room where theres normally coffee and so forth, there was only one coffee cup, which was kind of strange. The TV wasnt working and Im sure they wouldve helped us with that but we were too tired to call to get it fixed.

Disappointing

Cleanliness issues need addressed.

The parking , though not enclosed, was very nice. Security staff were very nice, and the parking spaces up front were a welcome surprise. The fire in the foyer was pretty.

Cleanliness issues in the room, hair in the bathtub, cob web on the wall, electrical outlet box separating from the wall, TERRIBLE smell on one spot in our bed that caused us to sleep on the other side of the bed to avoid it. Some workout machines needed attention in the gym. No host or waiter visible anywhere at restaurant though it was open.

Very clean

Need a fan in the bathroom because it fogs up bad. Also, neighbors were slamming doors to their room off and on all night so we got woke up many times. Thats not the hotels fault though!

Pleasant and comfortable.

Location was great for our needs and the hotel was very clean. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful.

The door of our room bathroom didn't fully close. A fan in the bathroom would also be nice as the mirrors fogged up and took time to clean-up. I understand that too many kids on account of a local tournament can be crazy, but some of the front desk personnel was not too friendly, not rude, just very short.

Fantastic option when near Indianapolis

Jeff at the front desk was fantastic to work with. We were tired from 12 hours on the road, and he was engaging, fun and made the check in process easy.
