My special thanks go to Ofelya who was very welcoming and smiling lady who had answers to all our questions. She was extremely helpful during our stay. The staff is friendly and do their best to help with everything.

I wish there was a teapot in the room so I could boil water on my own coz I have a baby and I need to prepare her food. Other then that everything worked well.

Great location and value; a few minor improvements would make it perfect!

I appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff, as well as the breakfast and coffee area. The location was perfect for us, so close to the metro!! We had easy access to the city each day.

The shower had no door on it, which meant that every time anyone showered the bathroom floor was covered in water. A shower curtain or a door that closes would easily solve this problem.

Was friendly, close to the metro, clean and tidy. The staff were lovely. There was a table of pick n mix for the children to help themselves to. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice & great food.

There was a lack of options in a case of a fire - the evacuation plan said if the hallway was smokey, lean out your window and make yourself known. Our room was on the 6th floor, so this was a little scary.

Our favorite in Paris

Absolutely everything on the spot. Exceptional location with cute little restaurants around to have a meal before going to bed. A few steps away from the Metro station. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. 5 for the lady in charge of breakfast. Absolutely going back for our next stay in Clichy. Restful night with no noise (street or other rooms).

The only suggestion would be to get something sorted for the sofa bed. They are quite noisy when you move (roll over) and our kid decided to sleep on the sofa instead of the pull out bed. In saying that- it made the room even bigger and easy to move for a Family of 2 adults and 1 kid ( and big bags!)
