The most beautiful hotel in Vietnam!

The best 5* hotel in Vietnam. Everything about this hotel was top notch, from the interior decorations, restaurants and food quality to the staff who always went further. They are very professional but very sincere! The hotel staff were AMAZING! Special thank you from us to Hien and Uyen who quickly organised my husbands visit to the local hospital to treat jellyfish sting which he got while we were in Phu Quoc island. They were genuinely worried about him. Also I have to mention the restaurant staff and specifically the manager Tuan Tu. He is very professional, the same time had a personal touch with everyone! Always very welcoming! Rooms! Its all about class! Again, cant no mention the cleaning staff. You never see them around but our rooms were always cleaned, checked and the towels were replaced several times a day! Its what you can get from real 5* hotels! The hotel is located next to beautiful beach. Beautiful walks around coast.

Exceptionally beautiful hotel with incredibly stunning views

The best part is definitely the fantastic room and its mesmerising views. If we didnt have to leave, wed still be sitting there in awe, looking forward to the best good nights sleep in the heavenly comfortable bed. The staff was very attentive, the breakfast fabulous and the amenities really great. The hotel beyond is tastefully furnished and decorated.

The water pressure and temperature could be better, the shower head needs de-scaling. It was a little loud at night (other guests and passing by ship). The location is probably among the best on the island, but we did not fall in love with Cat Ba.

Very comfortable rooms, great staff and service, good breakfast and dinner. Location is excellent.

For Vietnam, even for a 5 star hotel, this accommodation is very pricey. We stayed at better 5 star hotels in Vietnam that basically cost a third of this hotel.

Recommended hotel with very nice surroundings.

Beautiful surroundings, large rooms, nice pools. Easy walk to Cat Ba, which is a nice little village with a nice boardwalk. Large gym and nice saunas next to roof top floor.

The breakfast was not as good as other comparable hotels. Bread not fresh and limited supply of cheeses etc.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

The hotel is beautiful and set in an amazing location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. Our room was spotless and had everything youd expect from a 5 star hotel.

We stayed during a quite period so everything felt very special and personal. Im not sure the same would be the case when more rooms were occupied as the pool areas arent big and the restaurant felt busy at breakfast.

The location, facilities and the staff.

Only one thing, the house keeping cleaning the rooms could have been better. The cups, glasses were not kept back in the designated places, and the carpet was never vacuumed. Shower, toilet and other area were cleaned well.

The only place to stay in Cat Ba

The meals were delicious & beautifully presented. The ambiance was calm & peaceful, and the staff were very polite & welcoming. A special mention to Miss Ha Uyen who provided such excellent service & after care!

It was all high quality.
