The reception was friendly and nice location was nice but to me i do care about more things than this unfortunately there is something that made this trip as bad as it can get

I left the hotel in a hurry and forgot a watch on the bed i left and called the hotel same day to look for it it took them a day to respond and then they told me that nothing was found truly i would expect more than this i dont want to accuse anyone of anything but a 4 star hotel when something belongs to someone is found it has to be sent back to whoever owns it the people there were nice but unfortunately this incident made me give this review this watch means a lot to me and this only made my trip to paris sad

Very nice boutique hotel near metro and railway station

The room is very nice with cool design, modern and pretty. Decent bathroom, comfortable bed, enough space for suitcases, etc. Very nice and friendly staff! Its not in the very center of the city but there are some attractions you could reach on feet if you dont mind walking, otherwise the metro and railway station are 5 min from the hotel and its super convenient!

Id appreciate more variety for breakfast (it was tasty though). Also, there is a bar/restaurant near the hotel and its a bit noisy in the evening and you can hear it from the room.

We stayed here for a total of 6 nights. Were totally shocked by the attitude of one of the staff here. Had been travelling around and it was the first time I experienced things like this. The staff that halped us check in was really nice and offered lots of help when the airport lost our luggage, even recommended cafe for us to go to, very welcoming. However, the manager was very rude to us for I dont know why reason, from the very beginning. 1. We requested for a one bed room instead of two bed room in the booking, got located to the wrong room and we requested to change on the second day but we were told the one bed room is full and will help on the third day instead. We went to the reception on the third day, got denied with the reason of no room available and scolded by the manager immediately for not coming to request at 7am in the morning??????? Firstly we requested the day before, secondly is it a must for the customer in your hotel to wake up at 7am. Shocking! We werent happy with his attitude and he then decided that there IS actually one bed room available for us! 2. We checked out at 1250. When we came back later in the afternoon to take our luggage, it was the manager at the reception and got asked to pay for the 60 late check out fee, AGAIN WITH AN ATTITUDE. Me and my friend have been out having a very nice day in Paris city and his attitude was the last thing I remembered about the city, how sad! If we were ever asked in a nicer manner we would be fine with paying the fee even though we werent informed of this. Then we asked if the cleaner found our missing items when cleaning up today, which we have informed the reception when checking out. The manager said no and criticised us forwhy did you only ask on the last day, you stayed here for 6days why cant you ask on the third day the fourth day or the fifth day. We were out of words. We werent happy with attitude at all and we even got refused to use the toilet in the lobby.

Superb

Location, breakfast, Staff, thank you. Just one thing - the staff forgot to turn on the toaster and the egg cooker - which meant rather a long delay ! We hope to return.
