Uncomfortable and nerve wrecking I would never recommend this place to anyone

The location

The heat didnt work at all , we contacted the front desk the first night about the situation and we did not get any assistance . We called back again in the morning and someone came with a portable heater because the heater was broken. Water began to leak out of the heater , the gentlemen also went into the bathroom after I told him someone is inside . I told him three times and still proceeded to go In . He saw my sister inside the bathroom and gave her eye contact . We reported this to the front desk and they apologized.

While staying in Paris, we found a great hotel right in the heart of the city. Its location was perfect for exploring. The staff there were really friendly and super attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. The hotel itself was a bit old, but that actually gave it a really nice, cozy vibe. It felt welcoming and had lots of character. All in all, this hotel is a fantastic pick if youre looking for a central spot in Paris with great service and a charming atmosphere.

The cleaning service and breakfast options at the hotel could benefit from some enhancements.

Location was excellent very close to metro and train station, besides close to very attractions like Louvre Museum, Pantheon, Luxemburgo gardens. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of breakfast items, kudos to the fresh squeeze orange juice and the fresh Croisants.

One day the trash was not taken out from the room.

It was very near to main city center attractions and very well connected with other attractions of Paris. Location is great.

It was claimed as 4 star but i think 3 star should be more appropriate, it is in good location and has nice staff and old vintage building but i think it need bit of renovation. Also shower area is just so so small :(

My fifth time in Paris, best hotel with the best location. Especially delighted with the location. And saw MANY guests enjoying the comfortable, well decorated lobby.

Did not engage at all with hotel staff but had no issues with them at all.
