Great location great staff

Wonderful staff! Very kind and VERY helpful! Victor went way out of his way to help us ship a box home to the US. All the staff were wonderful.

Still very stylish and convenient but quality going down with time

The staff is kind, helpful and polite. Especially the team at the reception / the concierge person is adorable and so was the night person. The decor is always nice.

I have been staying at Rochechouart for almost 4 years and I m a bit disappointed the services are really going down in standard. They use to have a beautiful mini bar selection, the suite I stayed in was empty. Room service used to be open in the evening, there was none after 8pm. Same for the breakfast I called at 10:10 am and the waiter seemed annoyed and told me there were not serving after 10. No eggs or extra available. A lot of things became dysfunctional in the rooms : sink tap not working, shower head replaced but not working well. Bathroom door not closing properly.

We did get upgraded from the selected room right from the start, which is a plus. The room was very nice, not too much noise even though we were on the 1st floor. The bathroom was exceptionally good, very big and comfortable

Within the room, the handles of the internal door were loose, with open screws that could potentially scratch us. The lights only worked if the main room lights were on, so if i needed to go around the room at night I would need to turn all the lights on (waking up my partner). The bathroom window was not blurred and had direct view to other windows, meaning that other people could see through it from outside, which is not comfortable at all.

Petite Perfection

location was perfection - view of Monmarte from our room and a stroll in any direction you will hit authentic Paris streets, shops, cafes and restaurants
