Relaxing stay

Had a nice stay. He upgraded with to a better room by heart I had asked Liked Pushkar very much. A wonderful place. Roof terrace with fantastic views of the city. Was there during the Camel festival

I normally only leave good reviews, but I would like to warn other travelers. We booked this hotel about a week in advance of Holi festival. A few days before the arrival date the hotel sent us a message that it was not possible to stay for one night. We were not able to stay two nights. They asked us to cancel the booking, but we didnt want to do that as 1) it was a confirmed booking and 2) it was a non refundable booking. We asked them to cancel, which they did not do. On the arrival date we went to the hotel and they told us we could stay at the room for one night, if we would pay a lot more money! So all they wanted was to make more money, while we had a confirmed booking. We did not want to stay there and pay more, but they still refused to cancel the booking. After a lot of explaining they agreed to cancel the booking the next day. We had to follow it up twice after that before they cancelled. Very poor customer service and it was clear that all they wanted was to make more money.

Great location.

The hotel is really nice and spacious. Has a restaurant on the rooftop if you don't want to go out and enjoy the facilities. The room was comfortable and its a short walk to the main part of town. I was feeling sick so I extended my stay a few nights and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The first night they've assigned me a room that was really bad. Smelled bad and the mattress was rock hard. No light in the room. Was like a smelly cave tbh. But after I told them they immediately found me a better and more comfortable room where I happily stayed until I recovered. Staff was friendly but one guy was way too close for comfort and made me feel very uncomfortable. I tried to avoid him as much as I could. The rest of the staff was nice and respectful.
