Location, cleanliness, staff, safety, breakfast.

A three-star hotel must have disposable slippers. They should bring bottled water every morning and must have disposable toothbrushes. Breakfast is until 10 am, and if you don't arrive on time or your partner falls asleep, and you want to bring food to your room, you won't be allowed, even if it's a banana or coffee.

Great location and good value

The hotel is very well located, just a few meters from the metro station and the Moulin Rouge. Comfortable bed, very good shower and good free Wi-Fi. Great breakfast with a good variety of fruits, yogurts, coffee, juice and breads. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good hygiene conditions.

The shower stall lacked a door, and the bathroom floor flooded as it was on the same level. The surroundings were noisy at night, despite good windows. Earplugs were provided in the room, which helped, but light sleepers may find it challenging.

Great location and good all rounder

Location was amazing - perfect for the Moulin Rouge and only a short walk from the best landmarks

The room was quite small and the staff were sometimes a little curt. Particularly regards to the use of umbrellas and amenities. For example the gentleman on the nightshift insisted on me taking the umbrella without my even asking whereas the ladies would insist on 10 deposit and were quite difficult in terms of passing it over. Same with the ironing board

A perfect place to stay in Paris.

The lovely reception staff were exceptional. Helping us on whatever matter we required. The hotel was close to everything we needed and more. A hidden gem.
