Very good

We had a lovely stay at Dunagolf and would stay there again. With slight improvements the place could be fantastic.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the tastefulness of the decor of the resort.

The beds were not only uncomfortable but also has wheels so every time I moved the bed moved with me. For a rest of this level the minimum would be to invest in proper beds. Also, the dinner buffet was rather sad and not worth it.

Peaceful pleasent and relaxing,

Great food, great staff. Juan. Johnathan, Luis and Oscar all made our stay a good one. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting peace quiet and or golf. However it is a good walk to the beach or shops/nightlife.

Great complex, bad location

Stylish accommodation with a contemporary feel except for the restaurant, which serves a good breakfast, but looks rather rustic and at odds with the rest of the complex. The pool area and landscaping within the complex is lovely but the approach and surrounding area is unkempt and unfinished.

The location is horrible, on the map it looks close to the beach but due to poor access it takes almost an hour to walk to the beach. There is nothing near the complex, no shops or restaurants. Either hire a car or expect to use a taxi everywhere.

Overpriced resort that has already seen its best days

The staff were friendly, the location is not too bad, the resort is quite cozy

Our room was quite dirty when we got it (hair in the shower, clogged drain, etc.) While the whole island has lots of cocroaches, it was still not nice having to find one of these creatures in the room three days in a row. The breakfast was below average, some food that shouldn't taste like fish (like fried tomatoes) tasted like fish; if you come a bit later (1 hour before they stop serving breakfast), some trays are already empty and not being refilled, so you have to get leftovers pretty much, not to mention that one time I accidently ate molded bread that they probably served from breakfast of the previous morning. The resort has already seen its best days and really needs some proper renovation. Also, there's some mix up about how many stars this hotel is: online they show 4 stars, on location you can see it's actually 3 stars. Considering the state of the resort, it's definitely 3 stars and quite overpriced for what it offers.
