Sky bar was great and very relaxing. Food was amazing and overall service was perfect. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Didn't like the rows of chairs to watch entertainment...would be more social to have tables dotted around more like a bar.

Great location. Great and friendly staff

Not vegetarian friendly at all. I paid for an all inc stay and ended up eating out most of the time. Limited options for vegetarians (and repetitive) - u get salad and pizza in every meal. For the price they charge, there is no shampoo, no moisturizer etc just one dispenser of liquid soap

-Great, attentive staff (receptionists, chefs, waiters, animator) that dealt impressingly well even with clients with difficult characters -nice, free of charge indoor spa area - we loved the rooftop jacuzzi and the bar next to it -comfortable beds

Price is high but our stay was worth it

The hotel staff is the best. Always friendly, helpful, like a family to me

As everywhere, the selection of food has minimized a bit in comparison to last times as I here. Such as selection of fruit, beef etc. But the quality of food is good, very tasty and varied food.

Amazing!

The location and hotel was amazing. The hotel was massive with a really nice rooftop. Pools and poolbar were amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The only negative I'd say is the food. Breakfast and lunch were good but could get boring. The dinners were much better.
