Ac wasnt controllable when ask management did nothing after an hr so we pulled out ac filter and was absolutely disgusting then rubbish from filter went all over bed and he couldnt sleep in bed and ac still not working Tripped on ramp at restaurant and nearby broke my ankle no care from staff at all

Cant put it nicely, as I didnt liked m stay.

Nothing in particular, it was a place to stay the night.

Toilet flushing could be heard throughout the entire night, probably very thin walls as the building is quite old (not bad in itself). The own toilet flushing took some 5 minutes to recharge with water after flushing. The room was sooo small, felt like in a prison (so is my imagination). The staff at the checkin wasnt that friendly, though the checkout guy was quite the oppensite (luckily). Breakfast was so so, not even a plain croissant available, just some with sugar on it.

Relaxing stay at lovely hotel with great staff, food and a very nice pool. Short drive from Lucca.

Really nice hotel. Set back from the road in a quiet location. Lovely pool, great outdoor eating options for both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast really good and ate at restaurant one evening. Food was very good quality. Staff were really helpful and professional, nothing seemed too much trouble. Would love to come back again.

One very slight moan was that during the hot summer months the air conditioning in the room was not very effective and seemed very old. The shutters were used to good effect to keep the sun out so it didn't detract too much from the overall experience which was an extremely positive one.

Superb

We had a lovely 4 nights stay. The pool Is stunning. Sadly the restaurant was randomly closed the whole time we were there. Great breakfast and good sized rooms for 2 adults and 2 children.

Good

Swimming pool space is VERY nice and very calm even in august. Lucca is very close and is very place to go, they have lovely restaurants there and the city is very pretty with nice welcoming people.

Breakfast was not at the level of the promise of the rest of the hotel. Bathroom : the shower as extremely small sand not so new.

Visiting Pisa, Lucca and Cinqueterre

Very nice and clean swimming pool. Good breakfast.

The best way to find the hotel is to turn on the side road at Penny Market.

Lovely hotel and quiet location, staff were very friendly , helpful, pool was a good place to relax , breakfast was also very good , staff were very attentive, lots selection , rooms were very clean , .Restaurant next to hotel was very good, nice food, didn't have travel to eat.

No negative comments.
