Great stay in the heart of Lucca

The hotel has an amazing location right at the entrance of Lucca's walled-city. The staff is very friendly and helped with everything we needed, also giving great recommendation of where to eat and helping with reservations. We stayed for one night and was able to really enjoy the city historical center as it's from a walking distance. The breakfast is really good and it was one of the few hotels we found in the region with a parking lot in the premises.

The room is a bit dark, and the decoration is more traditional and old school. I found the furniture to have a lot use marks - but this didn't bother us, or impacted our experience, I believe it's more about the expectations you have for the hotel.

Okay for a short term stay

Great location, friendly & accommodating staff, easy check in and loved the self serve aperol spritz bar.

Very very noisy, can hear everything from the corridors and the rooms next door. The cleaning staff were noisy in the corridor in the mornings which was frustrating while trying to enjoy a sleep in. Bed was uncomfortable and really flat pillows.

Stay here!!

Hotel is situated nicely in old town area. Room had lovely walk out to roof deck area, breakfast was great! We found Alessandro at the front desk exceptionally helpful with restaurant recommendations and such reservations. Cappuccino machine in lobby an extra bonus.

A longer stay here would have been ideal, 3 nts not enough!
