Good hotel .

The staff are courteous. The food was excellent and my personal appreciation to the Kitchen brigade.

The staff are not proactive. The back house team needs more training in grooming, attention to detail. Late response and hanging up on customers. My TV was not working and it took almost an hour for the technician to attend who was poorly dressed. Carrying buckets in room corridors. While checking out the front office team billed me twice because they calculated the wrong bill. My room's bathroom essentials were not replaced before I checked in. Little things like this go a long way.

I would like to get corporate discount

Entire think was admirable and excellent. It was happy to stay there but I would like to get the corporate discount also so that we will be happy at the day end. Look for the best deal.

Breakfast was good and sumptous. Regret to inform, the price for rooms was cheaper at front desk. I paid 25% more than the front desk price. Not very happy with booking.com

Th pricing of booking .com was over priced . hotel daspalla gave cheap rates at front desk. I paid 25% more than the front desk rate. Booking.com needs to provide better rates to people like me who regularly do the hotel bookings from your site. NOT VERY HAPPY BOOKING.COM

Not a value for money hotel

Only good thing was the breakfast

The rooms are too shabby without much investment made by hotel management, bathroom taps are half broken and leaking, shower is non functional , the room service staffs after each delivery at room expects to tip them and they will stand shamelessly until you ignore them and ask them to leave the room.

My daughter and I stayed way back in 2008 and it is our favorite place. We both like the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the food. We always feel that this place is most worth for the money
