Proximity and friendly staff

The hotel was very dark, whilst I get the theme it felt gloomy and dirty and I found the room quite small, also very hot and not able to open a window

Superb

A pleasant surprise.

I really liked the layout of the room and the amazing shower. I also loved the Nespresso machine. The staff I encountered were very accommodating.

Fantastic stay at a unique hotel

Everything including the room and the staff. The bar was brilliant and everyone was more than happy to help with everything.

The television kept coming off whatever we was watching and going back to the main hotel menu.

Excellent stay

Great hotel, we got there very early not expecting to get in the room, but one was available, so we got our room 5 hours earlier than normal check-in. Food in the restaurant was amazing, and they had some great cocktails. Excellent location and modern decoration.

The only thing I would change if I was nit picking would be the hairdryer, easily resolved by packing your own if you have long hair as the one in the room was rubbish for long hair.
