Superb

Great location, Top Level Professional Staff

Centrally-located, professional staff, super clean and comfy beds. Lobby has character. Toiletries are amazing!

Bathrooms would require a bit of an upgrade and refresh. Shower was not super comfortable.

Disappointing

It was in good location and the hotel was clean

I thought the staff were abit unprofessional and bad tempered sometimes. We asked for some water at the hotel at the reception and after we waited so long they told us that we have to go and get it from our room with really bad manners

Good

Barcelona is marvellous. It may be considered a European version of Rio de Janeiro, which I enjoyed.

The hotels grand lobby and helical stairway gave the impression that it might once have been a five star hotel.

People seemed tense, stressed out, fatigued and overworked.

Well-located, quiet but a it out-dated

Location is great. The hotel is very quiet.

The hotel was nearly empty. Some Services didn't work (bar was closed, pool bar was closed, restaurants were closed, ...) and there was an out-dated atmosphere

Very good

It was comfortable if you don't mind not having working TV in the room.

I liked the location. The staff was kind but they did not fulfilled my only request about the TV in the room.

Since we arrived in room 515 the TV did not work, You can not see anything. The screen was pixeled and like if it was damaged by a electric static or storm. One person came to our room the second night but he didn't fix anything. On the last day we requested again to fix the TV. They said they would take care of it but they didn't.
