We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The reception staff was excellent, providing great service. The location was perfect for our needs, and the room met our expectations. The hotel was ideal for our plans, and we would definitely choose it again in the future. However, next time, I would book a room with a street view because the windows in the courtyard-facing rooms do not open.

Clean and cozy

Comfortable and clean room. There was steamer for clothes, two bottles of water, kettle with mugs and tea/coffee, comfy bed. I think its good for a few days and more.

Great choice!

Great location for us as it was near to the metro (Provena and Diagonal) so easy access to other parts of the city and really handy for the restaurant wed booked for dinner. The room was excellent .and the staff really helpful (we were able to check in early which was a real bonus).

The bright pink etc wasnt my style but hardly something to complain about!

Not good value for money

The hotel is in a good location with plenty of shops and major streets around. It has a nice reception area.

The rooms were very poorly lit, there was not enough light to work in the room, this plus the fact that the walls were painted blue, didn't help. The room I stayed in had a weird furniture arrangement, making it impossible to go from one side to the other, without bumping onto the TV on the wall. The breakfast was basic and overall it was very expensive for what it offered. I was traveling with a colleague, and we were assigned two rooms on the same floor during check in. We were asked to wait a bit because the rooms weren't ready, and when we came back, they changed my room to another room at another floor. When I said I preferred to stay on the same floor with my colleague they said that the room I was originally assigned to me had a problem and couldn't be used. So I took the other one in the different floor, which was small and cramped, and also not acceptable in terms of health and safety. There wasn't enough space to move freely and more than once I bumped on the TV on the wall trying to get from one side of the room to the other. The very next morning at breakfast, the lady was asking our room numbers, so I had the pleasure of having breakfast next to the occupants of my original room, the one "that had a problem and could not be used". For the amount of money charged (434 eur for 3 nights), the room I got and the level of service was definitely not good value for money. There are other options in Barcelona that treat their guests better and have proper rooms where you can go around the room without having to bump into furniture. Much disappointed both by the room and the service.
