Your needs will be well served at this accomodation.

Lovely breakfast. Comfortable room. View pleasant. Quiet. Good elevator. Knowledgeable front desk staff. Easy distance to city transportation. We had an early morning flight, and the desk staff had a taxi waiting for us at 5:00 a.m.. Wonderful! There is a marvelous dessert bakery a block away.

At first I was concerned that we were being placed in a building different from the front desk, but it gave us a nice view, and was easier for getting taxis and underground transportation. I would strongly recommend this comfortable accommodation. It would have been nice to have coffee and tea available. Water from the shower escapes onto the floor.

Not a bad stay after all, but will go for other accommodation options.

Near to attractions

1. The quilt cover was not changed despite chocolate stains on it. It was only turned over such that the stains were not easily noticed. 2. We used the coffee powder on day 1 night. The complementary coffee powder was not replenished the next day and remained so till the end of the trip. 3. On last day when we decided to make do with the remaining decaffeinated coffee powder, the powder in one of the packet has hardened. 4. We stayed on ground floor so we could hear the sound of toilet flushing.

Great location

Fabulous location. The mattress was fabulous. We upgraded our room and toaster, glasses and eating utensils were supplied. The upgraded rooms were down the street from the check in location. There are loads of stores, eateries, etc close by.

An airfreshener was used by cleaning crew which made the room almost uninhabitable. We opened all the windows and went out to lunch and when we returned the stench remained. We received new bedding but it did not solve the problem. If you have allergies, asthma please request that nothing be used when booking. Also, the upgraded rooms are on a main street and somewhat noisy.

Exceptionally clean hotel, but be open with your Barcelona Tax when booking!

The property was exceptionally clean and friendly staff. One of the nicest bathrooms available with an excellent location around the corner (literally) from the Sagrada familia.

We were made to pay a 16.90 Barcelona tax whats that about?! I have used Booking.com for literally years and have never encountered such nonsense. Unfortunately we ran out of tea bags the first day, but they were not replenished for the second day stay. The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable and far too soft. I woke with aching joints both mornings after.
