The Homewood Suites by Hilton in Jacksonville-Downtown/Southbank provided a pleasant experience for a family attending a wedding. The rooms were clean and well-stocked with towels. The front desk sta (Read More)ff, Beth and India, were helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible by public transit. The staff is professional and the hotel is within walking distance of local eateries.

Would totally stay again.

Walking distance to restaurants and breweries. Continental Breakfast was amazing!!

Sliding closet door was broke. It was rusted and was hard to open and shut. Large crumbs beside bed. Counter in Bathroom was dirty. I thought it was stains but it was toothpaste I cleaned it off.

The stay was great and relaxing.

The room was big and spacious. The lobby and room was clean. It was close to some nice bars and a good pizza place.

The parking was in a garage and it was lightly raining and there was no connection to the hotel.

Very nice location. Quality has diminished.

Location. Convenient for the shuttle to the nearby stadium.

Molded ice bucket tray and clearly seen broken ice bucket. It was disgusting to say the least. I hate that I didnt get a pic before my husband traded the ice bucket out. We never did get a replacement tray.

I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast due to me wanting to relax.. The fan in the room over the bed was full of dust so I had to leave the fan off the whole time I was there.. Other than that I had a GREAT stay..

The fan were full of dust as it fell on the bed while spinning.. So I turned off fan for the duration of stay..
