Overall, the hotel was good, but not worth the money.

It was close to the Jaguar stadium so we actually walked back after the game. We were on high alert the closer we got to the hotel (area around it looks like an abandoned industrial area). Hotel was really clean and modern looking. We had issues with the toilet and they responded quickly.

The toilet kept getting clogged. It was clogged when we got there. The repair guy, (very respectful and nice), came and un-clogged it. But after working for a few hours, it backed up again. Not good! The hotel is overpriced, and I'm guessing due to Ravens vs Jaguars game. The location looked a little shady at first, (look like an abandoned industrial area) but few blocks away you see places to shop and eat.

The stay was AWESOME!

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and places to go and eat. They had game day spirit and made us feel right at home!

The breakfast was not so good. There could have been more of a variety for the continental breakfast.

Everything was great. Stayed one night, bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was super friendly

The shower....there's no door just a peice of glass that covers half the shower, when you shower the floor gets soaked....it was an odd design. We had to throw our towels on the floor after to soaked up the water. If we stayed more than one night we would need fresh towels each day.

It was good.

The location was great the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The first room we was assigned had a urine smell. Call Jennifer at the front desk she changed our room with a smile on her face. The next room was great nice and clean.
