The price

Dirty iron ruined my blouse No breakfast and only clean the room every 7 days. Im on vacation and dont want to make my beds or empty garbage etc Computer slow and printer did not work

Clean room and good hotel location.

Location was close to the beach and the room did not smell like anyone had ever smoked in it. The facilities were clean and the kitchen had everything I would need for in room food prep if I didn't want to go out to eat.

The hallway outside my room smelled as if the building had at some point been a smoking permitted floor but had gone through extensive air cleaning and air fresheners to get rid of the smell. It wasn't terrible to the point of being a problem but every time I left my room or got off the elevator it was noticeable.

Superb

It was 5 minute drive from our son's home so it was perfect for us! We could see our grandkids in just a few minutes. The first time we stayed there, we were on the ground floor and people above us were very noisy and inconsiderate, letting there kids run until we complained about it at 11pm, The hotel was full but the staff moved us as soon as they could.. It was great because it had a refrigerator and other appliances and dish sets. The beds were super comfortable!

I would not call this a vacation hotel, as it's a long way to the ocean. There is a military base so convenient for family visits and a Mayo Clinic nearby.The pool was outdoors and very small. It was located in a spot that didn't get much sun. The water in the pool was really cold! It would have been a perfect place for a hot tub, as the pool is not used due to where it is located.

very uncomfortable and not satisfied

The staff was nice

We were asked to move to Quality Express from Candlewood suites due to military people stayed longer, then my room was smaller and the person moved us claim the room wood be bigger. We had a jacuzzi buy it wasnt clean, the pool was small and nasty, the breakfast wasnt good, and the pillow as o. The bed was too flat had to fold pillows to elevate my head. I wont be going back to this motel.

Room was spacious and comfortable.

Only time I saw the staff was on check in and check out. No one was at the desk the rest of our stay.

Disappointing

Average.

Staff seemed indifferent. Microwave didnt work. Upon arrival room thermostat was set at 60 degrees. Could not adjust . Needed staff help ( the young girl was very helpful).
