Exceptional

The layout of the room is very innovative and it was spotlessly clean. The staff is delightful. Breakfast was great and really tasty with a nice variety. We'll definitely stay again

Disappointing

Reserved handicap room did not get a handicap room. Upon arrival key did not work in the room. Had to Traverse the property since the phones to reach the front desk didn't work in the hallway door didn't work luggage carriers didn't work poorly kept property.

Breakfast was good but I didnt see the coffee so I ask the lady at the desk and she VERY RUDELY ANSWERED its around the corner like the sign on the wall says RUDE!!!!!!!

The gentleman that checked me in was amazing and very friendly. You morning lady who was there Sunday was RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY!

Nice room. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

No shower curtain. We mentioned it to the front desk but it was not replaced. The furnace closet was not locked, and it was extremely dirty. It did not affect our stay, just an FYI. Could use better pillows. Ours were flat.

landscaping and stairs were oddly placed, made getting into the mail lobby seem like an unnessiarry maze

the water in the shower was luke warm at BEST. despite reporting the issue, it was not fixed during my two night stay

Not what I booked.

Close to restaurants

Booked 2 queen bed suite only got 1 bed and it wasnt even a queen bed. Pillows collapsed way too easily. Shower not hot. Dirty blankets for sofa bed. Sofa bed mattress falling apart. Draft from windows.
