Nice stay and suited our needs over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting family.

The room was very clean and spacious. I liked the bathroom, including the shower. Having dispenser soap, shampoo and conditioner is very convenient, rather than dealing with tiny bottles. The front desk staff was friendly and my kids loved having the Starbucks in the lobby.

There should be a nightstand on the other side of the bed where there's space. It's hard to sleep on the side without one in order to charge you phone, set down a beverage, or have a book. We were told we had two parking options, both with a fee that I don't recall seeing online. However, my husband discovered we could park behind the building at no cost, so it seemed like the hotel was not providing us all the parking options in order to make more money per night.

Clean property. Good location, connected to the mall. Later checkout was a nice touch. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The parking was confusing. Parked in the parking garage and the way to get to the way hotel from there was a confusing mess. Breakfast was not complimentary.
