Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay here and we would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

The room was very spacious and clean, same with the bathroom and the whole place smelled clean too. I like the layout of the room with the bed tucked in the corner for privacy. I liked the breakfast options that they provide everyday, very hearty enough to carry you past lunchtime. And the staff were all nice and polite.

The TV was on a chest drawer facing the kitchen wall, it can be move and thats what we did so we can watch from the bed. The upper kitchen cabinets were not installed properly the doors dont have space to open wide. The microwave is too big for its space you cant open the door wide to put your food in. And they should check if there are missing cutleries, there was only 1 spoon in the drawer.

Pleasant

The pull out bed was broken and so my son slept completely angled. Normally I would have tried to switch rooms but we got in too late. Also the bag of bedding for the pull out bed was old and looked very ragged.

Superb

This will make you happy to spend your money.

It was clean and the breakfast offered had many selections. The room was spacious and clean. The beds had 4 pillows each

The cost per night and the i convince of timing. I paid for early check in and it was not ready so we waited an hour in the lobby. My step-daughter asked about it and yes it has been ready. He saw us the whole time and never called us over. That was sad but did not dampen our joy. Otherwise excellent. Recommend it highly.

Very poor

Very disappointed with our room. We have stayed at many different Homewood Suites and have been pleased with our room. This room was not clean. Furniture was dirty and stained and floors were dirty. Duct tape was holding the rug down and clumps of plaster filler all over the bathroom door.

Cleaning of roo.s should be at much regular intervals. My room was cleaned by housekeeping only once in 4 days!

Very poor

I would save as a member I should be compensated for not being able to use the hot tub because it was dirty and the food

i enjoyed that it was quiet and peaceful however I had to feel out an incident report because there was no sign on the weekend stating that it was pork inside the eggs.

the food manager was rude unapologetic and was highly inappropriate.
