Really cute Villa, great aircon, comfortable bed, super helpful and friendly staff, nice atmosphere to relax by the pool amongst the green jungle like backdrop, close enough to town but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. Traffic was heavy during Chrismas holidays therefore being able to walk around was amazing. It's a short walk to town (circa 10-15 mins), and we love walking, so this suited us well.

Very good

Our stay was a great experience.

Breakfast was included daily and it was very delicious. The staff was very kind and friendly, and always available. The location was great, close to the Ubud city center.

Too many mosquitoes and not enough repellent and the door had a slight crack so bugs could get in. We stayed a week so we just dealt with it. The office provided a citronella coil but I feel like we could've used a couple more so that we could enjoy the porch, we spent most of our time at the villa indoors.

Walkable distance to main streets, no traffic noise, almost private pool, big tank of drinking water, friendly staff When had ant problem, staff came quickly to handle the situation and offered to wash all my clothes which had been in touch with antluggage.

Not so clean room, aircon was hard to get to not blow on face when sleeping, had a small ant problem (my fault, luggage had few crumbs of chips) so ants came to room and luggage, small selection of breakfast, shower drain wasnt the fastest so water might flood allover to bathroom floor so washing long hair didnt come in question.

Perfect place to stay in Ubud

This property is amazing! Right in the heart of Ubud but when youre in the garden its so peaceful and tucked away! The staff were all so friendly and helpful and were always there when needed!

The villa was so cute and private. Of the two villas sharing the pool, we had the one closer to the street so the one at the back would've been quieter. They do provide ear plugs. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The shower cubicle glass needed a thorough clean (there was soap scum at the bottom and some mould in places) and the loose stones on the shower floor although decorative, made it necessary to put the water pressure way down so water wouldn't flood the bathroom floor. Bed also wasn't very comfortable - too hard and bouncy and we woke with sore necks and backs

The location was closer to Ubud Centre and property matched the description and photos. The staff were really nice and always available on site to help. The door was a bit difficult to close, but as soon as WhatsApped they came and fixed it straight away.

Would really like if property can do good pest control.

Disappointing

disappointed for what we paid. We expected a lot better quality based on other villas e stayed in.

the breakfast was nice, the location was pretty good, the pool was OK

we didn't get an afternoon tea as advertised, the toilet shook, the basin shook, the structural beams in the rooms were in the way, the power went out multiple times, the floor creaked, it was dark with no enough light, it just felt cheap and quite average for the money we paid... if it was $50 USD a night it would have been good, but for the money we paid (after comparing to other villas I have stayed in) it was quite bad. wouldn't recommend. (but the staff were great)
