Old Holiday Inn - bare basics.

Breakfast was just okay. Bed was soft. Location good but hard to find.

Bare basics Holiday Inn Espress. Usually, they are very nice but this one is old and needs a remodel to give it a better feel. Asked for a room on second floor and desk tried to give us a first-floor room. Wanted a room with a shower and got a room with a tub/shower. The shower curtain bar was falling off on one side of the shower. A bit of mold around tub and small items needed general repair. The desk staff did not give us a greeting and did not converse with us until she gave us the keys. Location needs signage as it was hard to find.

It was a good selection The food could have been a little warmer. But i was there around 8 am The eating area gets 5 stars One of the cleanest i have been in. The staff was Great.

Not sure if it will be my first choice on my next trip.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the comfy beds

There was a problem with the staff, 3 days in a row we returned to out rooms at 4:30- 5:30 and the rooms had not beeen cleaned. First day it happened they were able to get someone to do the bed and change out the towels . The next two nights there wasn't any housekeeping staff still working so we settle for a towel package and no sheet change for both nights. I Complained to a young man behind the desk the last night. He informed me he had just been promoted to manager and assured me me last day there would not be repeated.
