Beautiful room and pleasant and helpful staff

Such a beautiful property and excellent staffs who answered all my questions patiently. I will definitely stay again if travelling to Raleigh. An excellent place to stay and would recommend to all

Had a small hiccup as I wanted to check out at 5 AM and there was no staff in the Reception for more than 15 minutes and we had to wait. Luckily another staff came and helped us and told us to leave the room card on the counter.

Ok but wouldnt stay here again

The rooms are very noisy, so thin walls. We could hear all kinds of activity when trying to sleep. There was a group of kids there for a soccer tournament which was the cause I believe, but it honestly sounded like gymnastics on the floor above us. Not great when trying to sleep before a marathon. Also, requested room service and no one came until last day of our stay, (4 nights) and by then we were checking out in the morning so just said pass. But we ran out of toilet paper, towels, and had to fetch our own, which wasnt that big of a deal, but apparently the hotel ran out of toilet paper and the lady basically said she hasnt nothing to give me and not her problem. I was dumbfounded. She eventually gave us a roll from another room that wasnt being used. Also during breakfast kept running out of coffee so I think they need to manage inventory better.

Not a bad room

Staff was friendly. Room was clean

Older tiny toilet.. no updated outlets to support any new phone (USB Ports only) and walls seemed really thin, could hear people walking in other rooms that it was hard to sleep. Left early on the lastnight due to this issue.
