Disappointing

Room was not in good condition but staff were very pleasant and professional.

Convenient location

Terrible room, appeared somewhat renovated but the shower leaked and dripped, obvious mold issue still around the shower, hair dryer didnt even work, bed was saggy and smelled, could hear the next room like it was in my room, room above had terrible creaky floor when people walked.

Very good

Good place, could be great with a few improvements.

Big fridge, icemaker in room, hair dryer. Good bed.

TV was old, non-HD, small. Staff seemed curt, non-communicative.

Liked kitchen facilities, size of the room, and comfortable bedding

Though the room was clean it needed upgrades to handle todays electronic needs, ie usb/c ports. Larger TV. Also, the chairs by the desk needed to be replaced. Screw was sticking up through the seat cushion. Had to put a pillow on the chair to sit.

Location was great for us. Easy to fund and close to shopping. Spacious room and bathroom.

The WORST experience I have ever had in a hotel. No one seems to care.

Nothing

The room was nasty, dark, not very clean. There was a recliner that looked like it had been salvaged from the trash. The TV was not plugged in (I now believe that this may have been the cause of the hair dryer catching on fire). The room filled with smoke and we were scared. We had to find lodging elsewhere in a city we were not familiar with. I was promised a refund for the night and IHG reward points, I have not received either. I have filed a complaint, have not heard anything.
