This Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Raleigh has friendly staff and clean rooms, making it a good place to stay. The breakfast offered is also great. However, the shower tub needs refurbishment and t (Read More)he shower head has very low water pressure. Despite these minor issues, the reviewer would still choose to stay here again.

My stay was fine just the small things. I will stay again.

Breakfast was good. Would have like to see bacon on one of the days that I was there.

We were checked into a room where the door was not safe. the molding was off and the security latch kept sliding off. It was late when we checked in so we didn't change until the next morning. The staff person immediately changed our room. What he forgot was to key our cards for the new room, it remained attached to the old room.

Very good.

Complimentary breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for my need. I would recommend this hotel for a stay.

I like stay until I was charged 200.00 for my service animal that I provided proof for that by law I shouldn't have had to show proof of and still kept my money

The 200.00 pwt fee they just took off my card no calling or coming up to room to talk to me just took it

My fsmily had a memorable trip, we did a lot, saw a lot and had a great place to sleep at.

The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of good food, clean and friendly staff. The hotel has an indoor pool which we used once since we were doing a lot, but getting a chance to swim in November is nice anywhere.

This is one of a few hotels in my travels that I can not think of anything that I did not like.

Very nice and clean hotel. We had a family suite which was nicely large. I always bring my own soap because hotel soap sucks but my family and I were pleasantly surprised with the Dove products in the bathroom. Great job Holiday Inn

Terrible place

The breakfast 1 of 3 days we stayed. Had a pool to ourselves. The cleaning ladies and kitchen people were great and friendlier than the ladies checking people in. The man who checks people in was extremely nice.

The location, not uhaul friendly. The night checking lady Victoria was extremely rude, tried to turn us away when we had a room booked on booking.Com, complained that we had a room, very unwelcoming to us after traveling from Michigan to North Carolina. Over 19 hour drive, no a way to treat your guests. Our room 214 had fleas in it. I Would not recommend to anyone. Never going back.

Unfortunately, I not be staying there again

The breakfast was ok, the room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Room was not ready at check in time time, had to wait 45mins. The shower water pressure was hardly anything, if you pass the hotel, you have make multiple u-turns to get back. The breakfast dining area is very small and unfortunately had a bus load of kids running everywhere but I do realize thats no ones fault, just very annoying.
