Disappointing

it was not great at all.

I liked that it was in wake forest.

it reeked of weed. my carpet in the room I stayed in was filthy. looked like blood or really red makeup stained into the floor. I went to the front desk to say the 2nd floor smells like a weed house and all she said was ill go find out who and when I got back they had only sprayed some air freshener to try and cover the smell. IT DIDNT WORK! they did not accommodate well I should have been moved when I said the smell of weed was coming into my room. the breakfast was cold and not good. I am not happy with anything about the stay.

Falsely accused

Very clean and nice amenities.

Staff tried to accuse us of smoking in the room because there were some black specs in the bottom of the toilet when we left. I had dumped water from our cooler into the toilet. Not sure what the black specs were, but they weren't ashes. Tried to charge us a $268 fine!

Everything from the start. As soon as you walked through the front door you are greeted by the front desk. Then you notice how clean. Just a really welcoming place.

Hotel staff was amazing just don't use 3rd party to book. Call hotel directly.

Staff was friendly and helpful but I will never use booking.com again. The day I booked money was charged to my credit card.however booking .comes virtual credit card was declined. Doesn't say much about booking.com.

Had issues checking in. Staff told us that booking.com sends them a virtual credit card to pay for the rm and booking.coms virtual credit card was declined yet the charge went on my credit card immediately.
