The television had a problem both days -- but the staff sent someone to help immediately.

Its ok.

The breakfast was reasonable. The room a decent size. Beds fine.

The area has nothing to offer, the hotel provides a shuttle service which we found out about on our last morning. The decor is dark and depressing. The room locks and lifts passes are problematic.

overpriced for what it was.

luckily free shuttle to train station in the a .m. but would have missed that chance had we listened to the night shift girl.

The evening bartender was harsh and rude and made it clear he was closing in 30 min. We were 22 hrs on the train we just needed to unwind before turning in, we didn't plan on staying long. He made our vodka and tonic in the smallest of small glasses and charged a fortune, hoping we wouldn't order another. The shower was lukewarm and that was turned all the way hot and letting it run for 5min. plus.

Close to Harvard.

The location was good for our plans. The staff were excellent. The AC worked well and breakfast choice was ok.

The carpet did not look clean; it had some stains. The safety bar in the bathroom was detached on one side and was constantly dripping dirt from there.

Close to downtown. Shuttle service helpful.

Breakfast not worth the money. At 7.30 am., had to ask the staff after waiting 20 min., to refill as there was not even a drop of coffee or a piece of bread left, after a bus load of people finished their breakfast. Not even clean bowls for some cereal, let alone some milk. Ask for a map of area at reception. Nothing available, staff could not tell me how to get to places. Told me to use the App. However some international tourist do not have/use roaming and a simple map is very useful when leaving wifi area of hotel. Chair in room, full of stains, bathtub lots of hair in it. Not the standard what I would of expected from holiday inn.
