The triple room was incredibly spacious. The staff were amazing, in particular Lee was extremely helpful even organising us breakfast boxes when we had an early flight on the day of checkout before the restaurant opened.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. The coconut basket tour and cooking class that you can book through reception is a must do! Location slightly farther out from Old Town but its an easy 45-50k dong Grab. There are free bicycles that you can borrow too which was really fun. Highly recommend this place :)

Not a con of the property itself, but bear in mind that it is in the village so you will be woken up by chickens and dogs in the morning!

Warm welcome and wonderful stay.

A lot of things to like, highlights are: wonderful and most welcoming staff, catering for our needs and making us feel special. Many thanks for accommodating wonderful vegetarian options for the breakfast and supporting us before check in and during our stay. Complimentary bicycles were great, helping us to enjoy both Hoi An, short ride to the beach and surrounding rice fields.

A perfect Vietnam stay

More like what did I LOVE?! A wonderful staff with staff who could not do enough. Felt more like staying with family than staff. Organised taxis both ways, cheaper than Grab! Lovely cake for our honeymoon, and a great breakfast with a good mix of local and western items that was different each morning. Omelette and a type of Pho each morning too. Arranged takeaway breakfast for early airport. Free bikes available all day allowing us to bike the easy ten minutes to town, fifteen to the coconut village or fifteen to beach. Perfect location away from the noise of old town but each enough to pop in and out at leisure. Our favourite hotel of the one month trip so far. Tip: if they offer to book your coconut basket, accept it. They'll give you a WhatsApp number to arrange a boat captain to meet your at the village, otherwise you'll be followed by the various boat owners.

The staff was excellent and friendly, they help you where they can. Breakfast is a nice mix of vietnamese and european food. There are bicycles. Absolutely fair priced.

The AC works perfectly for cooling however it doesn't have a heating function. The staff is clever and finds a solution.
