Breakfast was very good with good choices Location is excellent

Problem with my booking on arrival where Hilton. Waco could not see my booking on their system Consequently I ended up with a phone charge of 41.07 in trying to find out what went wrong and why

Exceptional

overall it was a great visit to one of our favorite brands of hotels.

the breakfast was great and the Lady attendant was excellent, spot on in service. she needs a raise.

bathroom tile needed a few spots regrouted and not caulked, it looked bad

Passable

It was a quick trip and for one night this was a good priced room.

We liked the location and the products in the room. The sheets were good.

We didnt like the tub (not sure if a shower was available). The tile was a little out and shook around. It felt stuffy - possibly just needed a refresh of furniture and flooring. Also outdated style but the feeling of the older materials was the real issue.

Great overnight stay!

After booking messed up our reservation, Hilton stepped up and gave us a room. They were very nice and helpful.

The property was good. No complaints.

Disappointing

Location and staff was very friendly and helpful

The property seemed pretty outdated and even though the bathroom had a cleaned signed it didnt look clean but that could have been the age and dating of it. I didnt even want to use the the shower. Also, our AC was out but they did fix it fairly quickly. Also, it was very musty and had an odd smell . For the cost of the room I would have expected a much more updated facility.
