Guests praised the Home2 Suites By Hilton Waco for its friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, and convenient location near shops and restaurants. The hotel offered a great continental (Read More)breakfast and amenities such as a pool and gym. However, some guests had issues with bathroom toiletries and the lack of daily room cleaning. Overall, the majority of guests had a positive experience and would stay again.

Clean hotel with a convenient location, but the bedding was terrible.

Convenient location. Nice breakfast. Clean. Friendly staff.

The sheets, pillows, and blankets were terrible. The bedding was way too thin for December. The extra blanket in the room was thin as well. My room was loud the first night of my stay.

Will never stay here again. I will pay more to stay elsewhere.

Smell, odors, lack of hot water in bathroom sink, water flowed from the kitchen sink over the dishwasher and under the dishwasher and sink when trying to get warm water to wash faces in the morning. The room smelled of staleness, musty, construction and/or cigarette smoke.

Fantastic hotel. Staff was very friendly and checked in frequently to check on how our stay was.

Comfortable beds, very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was good, but wish there were a few more options to select from.

There wasnt anything we didnt like. Very pleased with this hotel.

While I only stayed one night, Home2 is the perfect place for extended stays.

Very convenient location. I had stayed at a Home2 Suites for Six weeks in Euless, TX and enjoyed that stay which prompted me to give the Waco location a try.

When I made my reservation, I requested a top floor room. When I got there, that request was interpreted as the need for a handicap room on the third floor (not top). The room was very nice and large, but not a necessity for me.

The gem of our stay would be the friendly staff of your establishment. Happy to have stayed here.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. Whatever time of day (we left at 3:00 am) the staff was attentive and very hospitable. The rooms were cleaned and up to date. We did need to request room cleaning, I'm not used to that but I guess different customs for different times.

The breakfast was palatable, I liked the waffles were tasty, but the coffee could have been stronger. Maybe less microwave meals.

Exceptional

Our room was on the end so we had windows on two sides. It was perfect because I crafted while my husband was at his conference each day. We were there a week so the free laundry was a great bonus. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast. We will be back next year. I hope we can get the same room.
