Despite being near the airport, the Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Downtown/Bayside is surprisingly quiet. However, some guests mentioned that rooms are not cleaned daily and amenities need to be reques (Read More)ted at the reception. The staff is friendly and the location offers amazing views of the harbor. The hotel is conveniently located near Little Italy, the cruise ship dock, and the light rail stop. Guests appreciated the security measures in place, such as keycard access and secure parking. Overall, it is a nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff.

Its near to little Italy and the beach area

One of the front desk guy receptionists . I forgot his name but a young man standing in the left corner desk that made us wait to check in where infact Christmas Eve its not that too full and without any explaination whatsoever .Thanks so much for other receptionist (Rachel-she is the best )accommodated us by asking if were check in , she did without asking much and explained things right away, . Sometimes These young people need to be trained well to give their best and with a smile , respect and patience .

Overall it was a nice stay

It was clean and in good location

The guest service was not as good, i had requested a hair dryer and they said they are bringing it and they just brought it 4 hours after, after i requested again, so my hair got dried.

The hostess in the restaurant her name is Tania. She was amazing. The food was good,drinks. But her customer service was excellent..

I didn't like the fact that it's no self parking,the 50$ a night is ridiculous. I ask for housekeeping services and didn't receive it

Great location near Little Italy and Harbour. Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff.

Great location near Little Italy; only short walk to harbour. Approx 40 min walk to Gaslight district. Room was spacious and clean, had issue with fridge which was resolved immediately. Valet parking was good no issues, already had researched about the price so no surprise - we just prefer the convenience and they were friendly and professional.
