Comfortable and nice vacation

We went for Christmas Holiday. Staff friendly. Clean and nice. Beautiful decorations ! Lots of places to sit and enjoy inside and outside.

Wish pool had been warm/heated for the winter.

Winter Getaway

The hotel is beautiful! So welcoming when you enter, desk staff very kind. Amazing view and great winter bundle price.

The water was only luke warm. The coffee tastes really bad. I tried both the room and lobby. Do you have a designated pet floor? I lost my dog two weeks ago and I was surrounded. It was hard.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very firendly.

Breakfast at the restaurant was just okay. For the price, it should have been better and bigger portions.

Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff! We were impressed with how everyone we came in contact with was so welcoming greeted us with smiles! We will continue to stay here when we visit the area!

Customer Service totally atrocious

Hotel upgraded rooms lobby and bar and decks

Customer service completely missing Xmas Eve and Xmas day. They shut down restaurant and after 11am on Xmas day no bar no restaurant no room service all day who does that. Told to go elsewhere for drinks and food no notice to customers ahead of time don't open unless you can provide customer service it was outrageous understaffed
