Disappointing.

The location was relatively good, you could also walk to nearby restaurants and shopping.

Didnt feel like Hilton at all. I think the brand is not doing itself any favours by lending this place its name. The room was very worn. The breakfast below average at this price range even by post-covid low standards. There was no soap or shampoo left when we checked in and not enough towels. These things were sorted, but still not acceptable for Hilton.

Disappointing

Lower than dumpster

The location was quiet and it was easy to check in and out. The curb appeal and lobby are definitely deceiving - you think its a nice hotel. Check out: Megan and George were pleasant.

I am really confused by the reviews of this business. There is hardly anything good during our stay. Thank goodness we only booked one night. The staff was nice upon checking in but became immediately irritated when I asked questions. One of the keycards did not work for the side door. The room was old and dated. The wallpaper was peeling. The door frames and walls were chipped and dirty. The grout was black. The tub was stained. The sofa was faded and stained. I dont understand why they feel justified charging almost $300 per night.

Very disappointed

It was smelling in the entrance hall. The staff was not very friendly. The swimming pool which is on the photos of booking is closed The water of the swimming pool has a way too much chlor inside, thae one is smelling the whole day of chlor, The sofabed is impossible to use, because it is so old, that you have no comfort at all. The carpet and the sofa a full are at least 20 years old and are very dirty.

Location

Coffee pot in room did not work, fridge wasnt very cold, rusty stain on bathroom floor. HOWEVER! I noticed staff and they immediately remedied all issues.

Exceptional

Away from the noise and chaos of the strip, this serene and well managed hotel provided everything.

The room was impeccably clean. The facilities were well kept as well. The swimming pool was kept at a perfect temperature and the pool area was also super clean.

I can't think of anything.

Very good

The room was a good size and very clean. The pool was nice and so was the hottub. The staff were helpful and sorted out any issues. The location was great in terms of restaurants and a nearby shopping centre as well.

First night we had no shampoo or conditioner and it took 2 days to get a proper amount (not one-use minis). The hotel is also very far from downtown Las Vegas.
