Comfortable stay

Clean, excellent breakfast

The location is convenient if you are dealing with hospital ( we were not) but not particularly easy to get to from the interstate for travelers making an overnight stop ( like we were). However, this was not our first time passing by Albany and we still chose to stay here each time passing through.

Conveniently located.

We had to pay for parking in a garage because the hotel parking lot was full. Staff was unsympathetic regarding that issue & no offer of reimbursement.

Very good

A comfortable place to stay

Close to Albany Medical Center, on site dining, helpful staff. Plenty of hot water. Shower had grab bars.

Confusing parking situation , low toilet without hand rails.

Superb

Nice hotel

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Room was a good size and well equipped. Bathroom was fine. It's a good, pleasant walk to the tourist sights. Handy, cheap parking in the neighbouring multi-storey.

Overall we were pleased and would stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel felt very secure. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It made for a pleasant stay.

There could have been more non-dairy choices on the breakfast buffet.

Luke at the front desk was efficient, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for visiting my husband in CCU.

Disappointing

Overall, fine. Would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly.

It was SO noisy. There was some party happening until all hours in the hallway, and lots of people were slamming their room doors. The walls were paper thin. The people in the room above me were making a ton of noise as well. I wasn't able to sleep at all. The room felt really outdated. The floor was sticky in some areas. The fan had a lot of dust (not sure it's ever been cleaned?). I also tried to turn the temperature in the room down, but it never got really cool.
