Bedrooms need a fridge and choice of pillows- the pillows in the room were so soft we both had a poor nights sleep

Cambridge was lovely and hotel was very convenient to walk to city centre. Food was lovely despite the long wait.

Service in bar piano was very poor 20 minutes waiting for a drink and getting orders wrong, bar wasn't exactly busy. Paid a service charge on the bill at the end and feel this is unacceptable given the standard of service in the bar area Room number 209 is noisy next to service lift and woke our little boy up very early. Generator noise from outside all night paid alot of money for a 2 night stay and expected better.

Excellent location but disappointing stay

Great location

In the evening the bar was poorly staffed with inexperienced staff. Breakfast had a poor selection of gluten free products, items on the hot buffet ran out as did seats, drinking glasses and plates.
