Very good

Great looking hotel, really well placed. Facilities are excellent but the spa cleaning regimen isnt

Pool. Comfortable bed. Great looking hotel.

Sauna was dirty, this area isnt being cleaned properly - body fat between slats on seats. Steam room had mould on floor and beneath seats. No oat milk available at breakfast as they had run out.

no coffee in room, when we did ask it took 4 hours to get some then the coffee pods used are not of high quality at all really cheap nasty ones and a little dirty in the cupboards

Superb

A great and relaxing short stay

Great facilities, had a luxury feel, good value for money, service was good.

There was dust in various parts of the room which shouldve been cleaned.

Exceptional

Comfortable, friendly, quiet, calm.

The room was quiet and had great features. I especially liked the book of short stories on the bedside table - a lovely touch. The hotel itself had charm, with its original features and layout. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

All was lovely.
