Great service, Good Value and Location in the heart of Bandung

Everything! Let's start with the warm welcome from receptionist Firman, who also gave set of complimentary cookies for my little daughter. It's definitely cheers a day. The room is spacious and the double queen room is super great choice for family. Not to mention the breakfast. Various menu from traditional to international also some snack for kids like rambut nenek is need to appreciate. I also want to mention the matcha ice cream, it's so delicious. Will definitely stay in Hilton again when I visit to Bandung.

Wonderful hotel in Bandung

Lovely hotel with a beautiful lobby and wonderful staff. Location of the Hilton Hotel is perfect as it is close to the train station and in the center of Bandung.

We were quite happy to stay at this hotel.

The swimming pool is quite long, I like swimming. The hotel rooms are quite spacious with quite large windows. The counter and cleaning staff are friendly and very helpful.

I was staying at the hotel with my husband, at that time we used a taxi, when the taxi crossed the road, entered the hotel, my husband was shocked, our taxi was almost hit from the side, making him emotional, but the security guard at the entry portal answered my husband's questions/suggestions impolitely. The hotel manager compensated us with free breakfast. However, this incident made our mood and journey uncomfortable.
