Disappointing

Never again at Royalton or Booking.com unless I receive the credit I feel Im due.

Room

They (Booking.com & resort) lie about a $300 property credit! We were told because we werent staying 3 nights we couldnt use the coupon book worth $300. You falsely advertised the rate with the credit. I want a refund!!! So angry. Food was poorly prepared. Wait staff was not friendly.

I made the best of my vacation especially because it was my first trip to Jamaica.

The view was beautiful. Staff friendly, helpful and very nice. The housekeepers were excellent.

The night life was horrible. The sports bar closed at 1 am. The swim up pool bars closed at 10 as did the other bars on grounds. Its a vacation not a senior living residence. All the bars on the resort didnt have same liquor at each bar you had to find the one with the liquor of your choice. They would run out and that was it for you. I also feel they newd to clean the rooms with pools. I was there and my pool didnt get cleaned at all. It had stuff floating and the water had like a film by the walls.

I made the best of my vacation!!

It was a beautiful resort. The view is amazing.

There is no night life. The swim up pool bars close at 10pm as do the other bars at resort 11:30 latest. All the bars dont have same alcohol, bars ran out of alcohol. The sports bar only open until 1am. I dont understand an adult only and its boring no night life whatsoever. By 10:30-11 its like a senior citizen residence lights out. Also I believe that they need to clean the swim up pools more often i was there for four nights five days never saw them clean the pool.

Superb

Staff was friendly, helpful, not pushy and aggressive like some other places we been. It was clean, food was good, we enjoyed most things we tried, drinks weak as always in all inclusive, views were amazing. All in all we enjoyed our stay

Wish the tub in room was a little bigger, we could barely fit together

The restaurants were nothing spectacular. Food was bland and the options were sub par. The best meal on site was the to go jerk chicken at the main pool

View was great, food was great at the buffet and Ocean point.

I love breakfast at Ocean Point, it was the absolute best breakfast every morning.

It was supposed to be all inclusive with premium liquor qnd there was NO premium liquor the whole stay. It was nothing I was expecting it to be I was a little disappointed. Pools close no real entertainment and room services was not great. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

DWIGHT, PETER, and KEISHA were Wonderful host at the adult pool.

The resort need to be renovated. Some of the bedroom furniture have rotten spots on it water, which need to be replaced. Make certain when housekeeping clean room to leave clean wash clothes and bath towels if remove from room. Definitely dont close the ADULT POOL on a Saturday. That is one of the more popular days for tourists! Which was a waste of money for a swim out room for that day!
