Superb

Good facility with really pleasant staff, great massage and nice sized rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved our balcony and the bathtub in our bathroom! The property is steps away from the beach making it super easy for a stroll at any time of the day. Also, the masseuse was awesome! I would totally recommend getting one! I had two over the course of the 4 days we stayed there. Rohan was super helpful from our initial booking and we really enjoyed Gavin, our transportation guide.

We booked our room with breakfast which ended up being the continental breakfast. My husband and I both felt that it was pretty bare or just wasn't what we were anticipating which was to have a traditional Jamaican breakfast which was available but we would then need to pay additionally for it and we had already prepaid breakfast so that was a little inconvenient. This is the only reason why I am giving this facility a rating of a 9.

Oh well.

The king size bed was very comfortable. The staff were all so nice and cheery, blessings to them.

The room came with a very small, perhaps 24" 10+ year old flat screen that was not Smart screen, so no way to transfer netflix from phone over (HBO and movies blocked on basic satellite package) The fitness center advertised in the pic...most things were "under repair". The jacuzzi from the pics, heater was gone. The bathroom door lacked a handle, so it kept swinging open.

I was very disappointed at this so called luxury hotel. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The location was perfect. Along the 7 miles of Beach. Some of the staff were friendly.

It shouldnt call itself luxury. It is average at this point and not worth the money paid. TV stuck on one channel after reporting it twice I gave up. I received dirty towels one day. Bed and sheets are hard. The hotel is dated and needs an update. The front desk closes at 10pm

Location was good. Reception area is very nice and rooms were acceptable.

When we arrived, we noticed television was making crackling sound so we called to have it fixed. They came and fixed temporarily but the noise returned right after they left. Safe didnt work so that also had to be repaired. Deck boards on the back deck are rotted and need to be replaced. Rather than repairing, they use chairs and tables to cover the problem spots. All in all, the place was okay but needs a redo in a lot of worn out areas.

Its on the beach and our beachfront room was lovely. Lovely staff who do everything to keep the guests comfortable and happy.

Four years ago this hotel was so much better. The drinks & restaurants were amazing. I understand that Covid impacted the economy but honestly they need to maintain this place -the outdoor furniture tables, chairs etc needs some attention as well as the pool & jacuzzi. As well the bars and restaurants. Used to be a lovely bar & restaurant-:(

We ended up moving to Charela Inn the next day. It was just as good and for a lot less of the price.

At first, the person who checked us in was great. They made sure we were taken care of with drinks, our luggage, and cash exchange. The best part of my stay here was the beach side lawn with a bar right next to it. The 7 miles beach is already beautiful as it is.

I was upgraded for free through Bookings.com to a Ocean View Room. When we got to the room, it was not an Ocean View Room. We were told that it was indeed a Ocean View Room by management. I would consider the room more of a Garden View Room, there was no view of any ocean whatsoever, if anything Partial Ocean View. I did advise the "manager" to advise upper management to get this corrected. This has still not been corrected as of today. This is false advertisement based on the pictures they used on Bookings and other travel sites. The room also had a very strong smell of a chemical when entering the room. It almost reminded me of roach spray but I think I was able to confirm that they were using a pine spray. The air condition in the room was not strong enough, it felt warm throughout our stay. I did get a chance to visit their restaurant, Bongos, which was a bit pricey. I was very disappointed with my entree as they had put a scoop scotch bonnet in their rice/beans. I would expect that it would be depicted in their menu or advised by the server. Their none continental breakfast was also not worth it. Their french toast was not cooked at all, it felt very watery, I did not finish it.

The staff made sure they responded to any concerns. The customer service from Abigail, the front desk receptionist, Michelle housekeeping supervisor, Nesha the waitress, Cameron and Sandu was exceptional. Great security on property.The room was clean and classy with a great beach and ocean view. The beach was clean and there was no seaweed in the water.
