Exceptional

I love the 25 min drive from the airport very nice facility upscale and the food was nice at breakfast at the World Cafe the pool party and DJ was the best atmosphere. Nice bars all around and diffdent scenery to take nice pictures. I would come back again to visit. Exceptional House Kepping services room both morning and night were outstanding for checking in with you.

The Spa prices a too high for a couple. The walk to the restaurants are a bit longer and farther of what expected them to be .

the breakfast was good on most days

the staff werent too friendly it was boring i would be told i could get a certain service and then the front desk lady would tell me id have to bring my bags to the front myself when i was told my bags would be brought for me which is what usually happens im not sure why i was particularly denied some services

Disappointing

This stay was not as good as our last

Location was beautiful, excursion to Chukka, and on-site nurse were great. Employees at front desk were very helpful.

Room was not clean to our standards but got better over course of stay. Delayed maintenance responses for bathroom and TV issues. Customer service of wait staff was sub par for the entire stay.

the staff was outstanding, the beach and pools were perfect. The food was adequate, the buffet and the burgers and jerk chicken by the beach were our favorite

we booked an ocean view room and it was a partial view, blocked by trees, if you sat in the far right corner you could see the ocean

We had a good time because we came there for a friends 70th birthday other than that it was just ok.

breakfast was great lunch was good dinner were not so good also our room was not cleaned everyday and we didnt get new towels they took our towels and we only had one towel to use for both of us the day before we ws leaving.

entertainment was great and the people of the entertainment was great. The pool tile were were broken by swimmup bar and the bathroom door didnt lock so you had to hold the door to go Also there shold have been a few more entertainment things to do not just trivia I have been to other places and the entertainment was amazing her it was just ok.

The presentation of the room for the occasion It was birthday and honeymoon celebration only snack was provided, the room was just blah! I have been to other hotels the room was decorated and a bottle of wine with glasses were set on arrival

would not stay there again or recommend

Staff was friendly but they lost one room out of two of our paid reservation.

They lost 1 room of our reservation that was paid in full and we had to pay for another in the amount of $3200 and we have not been reimbursed for the double charge.

This is our second stay at secrets of Saint James and over. I was an excellent experience, and would not hesitate to go

Very comfortable, very secure, excellent amenities

Due to some apparent staffing issues, one of the restaurants was not open, one of the evenings, and the jerk chicken cart that usually comes every day was inconsistent

Superb

Amazing for relaxing and having fun!

Hotel is amazing! Beach is really good, location its perfect. Staff was really friendly! Night shows were good. Loved the Italian and Asian restaurant. Lunch and breakfast at world cafe were also really good with several different options.

Some bar tenders did a really good job, others not so much.. but they did have good drinks including 12yo whiskey
