Exceeded expectations - would definitely stay here again!

Staff is amazing! Shout out to Oshean, Phoenix, Reyanna, and Spotlight. Everyone went out of their way to get to know us during our stay and we felt like they were good friends. The hotel is modern and clean, the restaurants are amazing (especially Rimini), and the reservation system through the app is easy and ideal to use. Highly recommend staying here.

Wish the pools were open later than 6pm, and that there were more late night food options. The 24/7 cafe was out of food several times late at night.

Unable to make reservations at the restaurants in the property. Always booked. The taxi service onsite overcharged for transportation Need to add Jamaican dinner option to menu selection

Wonderful time in Jamaica at Riu Resort

We spent 6 days/5nights at Riu Palace with our 18m.o toddler. The location is amazing. Beautiful beach with shallow waters, our son had so much fun playing on the shore by the water and in the pool. Resort has a beautiful and very well maintained territory, three swimming pools and one kids pool. Buffet and all restaurants on-site are good, plenty of options to chose from. Really, nothing to complain about. The resort is great and we had a wonderful vacation! There are also water complimentary activities (paddle, kayak etc.) which is nice to enjoy. Taxi service for additional cost is available on-site if you want to explore the area.
